As a scientist turned chef, Julie was always experimenting in the kitchen of her small San Francisco apartment. Her love of flavor and planet often collided as she turned her favorite comfort foods into vegetarian show-stoppers. And when she woke up nostalgic for a lox bagel, she was determined to make magic happen.
A few batches of bright orange carrots later in 2018, Goldie Lox was born.
